In the last week we have been doin Planet Posters, & Space probes. These are the most easy activities to do with the little kids. I've had fun doin it so far and the kids really like it. Last week Nelly and Jibbs came up to the school and had a "NO VIOLEncE" concert. it was real cool and the kids got to take pitcures with them and get autographs. after the concert they had a prize giveaway and 1 kid got $500, another got a bike and the last kid got a hat and a shirt. Confluence is the best school ive been to so far after being at AMES ELEMENTARY and EHLA.

today i taught a lesson to 4th graders called solar system in your pocket.  it was alright but it was my first time teaching the lesson and asking the kids questions about the solar system so i got kinda confused for a little bit.

Teaching at ehla was fun. Working with all the different kids was a real good experience for me.

TOday I did six more pico activities. i made it dance i made a reaction game show and i made some more stuff. it was cool. when we first started i didn't know how i was going to get into this because it was real confusing but now im into it and know how to do it so its fun.

I made a pico musical today. one i made with play dough. onewith a banana . and one with a pickle. it was cool but frustrating at the same time.

I built my own buzzer race today using the pico crickets. I programmed it so that 2 people can compete against each other. When you start it you wait for the pico block to chirp then you press a little button. After you press the button it records your reaction time and how long it took for you to press the button after it chirped. It was cool to know that I did that all by myself.

Today we did the ski jump. it was hard becuse you had to be accurate on whatever you built. i joined up with another group though and it all worked out. we hooked foam tube to the wall and connected it to the chair so when we put the marble in it would be a long steep slope so it could come out faster and go further.
